SMARTFLOW AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
• ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SMARTFLOW AI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SMARTFLOW AI FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
